pureluxe-cleanse began as a small practice supporting professionals who felt disconnected from their own needs. We saw how often people were asked to be resilient without being offered tools. The studio now brings those tools into everyday life.

From a private practice to a focused studio.

We started in London with a handful of clients seeking support beyond short-term coping strategies. Over time, we developed structured programmes combining therapeutic insight with coaching delivery.

Today we remain intentionally small. That allows us to provide consistency, depth, and care to every person and team we serve.
